Journalist, photographer and filmmaker since 1997, he links his passion for mountains and mountaineering to his profession.

He creates photographic services, reports and documentaries for magazines and websites in the tourism, mountain, nature and outdoor fields. He is working with La Rivista della Natura, Oasis, Meridiani, Meridiani Montagne, Bell'Europa, Viverelamontagna, Desnivel, Alpes, Country & Travel, Ev Magazine. He made films about outdoor sports, adventure trips and nature for RAI, ZDF and BSkyB. Since 2008, he is working on the "Share Everest" project, in collaboration with the United Nation Environment Program and the Ev K2 CNR. He currently takes part in communication projects, working with many protected areas in Italy such as Parco delle Orobie Valtellinesi, Parco delle Groane, Parco del Serio, Parco delle Lame del Sesia, Parco delle Grigne, Parco Adda Nord and with WWF Italia, FSC Italia, Montagna.tv. Since 2006, he works as a blogger, writing on travelblog.alpinfoto.it and other websites.
